Refined Oil

The process of purifying raw oil or semi-processed oil in order to make them consumable as food is called refining. Leaving the oil seeds in the field following the harvest, poor shipping, loading and storage conditions cause the free fatty acids in raw oils increase significantly. Therefore by the refining process the free fatty acids are kept away from the oil itself and the oil becomes consumable and tasty.
